Recycling System 

TWe need to have cleaner street and proper recycling programs. Maintaining appearance of  public streets.  We can all help to create a more cleaner environment. My suggestion a proper recycling retrieval system that  in which works well in different weather conditions . I prefer the five  bin on street rack.  that material is  recycled plastic. Great for rainy or winter weather condition. There should be a truck retrieval of bin waste every 6 hours. In order to maintain cleanliness of street side and community . These recycling bins waste  goes to the proper recycling department . 

I suggest their should be a home pick up for technological devised and clothes. Note these retrieva should be one a month.
